Features:HBE-309 consists of C-22Cr-12Ni and suitable for all-positions welding. Ferrite content in the deposited metal can obviously improve crack resistance. Stable electric arc, less spatter and better slog detachabilitywhen welding. It has excellent resistance to corrosion and heat.
ØApplications:To be used on allkinds of stainless steel welding, composite steel and dissimilar steel welding and back welding of stainless steel clad plates. In the hard facing and repair surface process of carbon steel and low alloy steel, it also can be apply to backwelding of 308 stainless steel.
ØNote:1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas iswell controlled, with flow at 20-25L/min.
2.Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3.Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be contacted with positive pole.
4. Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding.
5.Use the wire under the best possible condition. It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked.
