Features:HBE-308L consistsof low C-18Cr-8Ni, and it is the most widely usedwelding material for austenitic stainless steel. Suitable for all-positions welding performance. Stable electric arc, less spatter and better slog detachabilitywhen welding. In addition to appropriate percentage ofFe and C, it can effectively prevent the intergranular corrosion and welding crack.
ØApplications:Suitable for petro-chemical equipment and pressure vessels, applicable to weld Cr18-Ni8(304L) stainless steel.
Ø Note:1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas iswell controlled, with flow at 20-25L/min.
2.Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be contacted with positive pole.
4. P the appearance of base metal before welding.
5.Use the wire under the best possible condition. It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked.
