Ø Applications:The wire suitable for semi-automatic welding without requiring impact toughness. Widely appliedto light-duty structure as such as single-welding ,lap joint welding, fillet welding and butt joint welding.
ØNots:1.Ensure theweldment connect with positive pole and
welding gun connect with cathode.
2.Keep the welding angle 80°90° between wire and weldment when vertical down welding to prevent slag inclusion and porosity.
3.keep the electrode extension with 6—10 times by wire diameter.
