Features:HBE-70M is the wire of alkalinity co2 shielding . Excellent welding craft ,smoth arc with low spatter and high deposition rates.
Applications:To be used for flat welding& fillet welding position weld with singer or double wire . It has high deposition rates.
Note:1.To take CO gas as gas-shielded and its purity should be up to 99.8% with flow at 20-25L/min.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be in contactwith positive pole.
4.Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding.
5. Use the wire under the best possible condition. It should be used up as soon as possible when unpacked.
