Name:HBE-M400 Submerged Arc Wires

Features:HBE-M400 is a high-strength steel submerged arc flux-cored wire which is able to yield the strength of 400 Mpa. It's characteristic by ultra-low hydrogen ,high toughness with low temperature and crack resistance while working separately with the alkali agglomerated flux(sj102) and the fused flux(hj107) . Especially when M400 and fused flux with low absorption of moisture work together ,it obviously decreases the weld preheating temperature demanded by plate structure crack and improves the reliability of high welding structure which will get a better operating condition. In addition ,the deposition rate of flux-cored wire reaches much higher than that of solid core welding wire.

Applications:Mostly applied to marine engineering manufacturing and typical applications include Marine Engineering Equipments and storage vessel.

Note: 1.Ensure preheating and interlaminar temperature conforms with technical requirement.

      2.Recommended current(DCEP), wire to be in contact with positive pole.
